English language certificate from university

English language certificate from university

Hi,
I am going to apply for Tier 1 GENERAL mostly by 20th May 2010. I have pursued Mtech from NIT Allahabad,and BTech from kakatiya University.

Both the universities are mentioned in UK Naric website,and got awarded 10 points during online asssesment for English language.

Please advise is it mandatory to have certificate from university stating,medium of study is English.


Please revert ASAP.
