English Language certification about to expire

Hi,

I need some advise. My RCOS just got approved last week. I am now ready to apply for my visa but my IELTS ( English certificate) will expire on 29th July. My question is , If I submit my application before 29th July , will home office still honor my IELTS certificate? I know visa processing normally take 3 week so their is a possibility my IELTS is already expired when they check it. Thank you.
