English Language for ILR

Dear all

I will be going for ILR application soon. I have proved my English language ability in the past when I applied for Tier1 entry clearance and 1st extension.
I have a degree from India and UK NARIC certificate of comparability for my degree.

Do I need to get an English Language Assessment certificate from UK NARIC?

It is not stated on my degree certificate that it was taught in English.
