English Language Requirement query

Hi All,
I am due for ILR ( Tier1 General based on 5 year stay) mid November and had a query with respect to English language requirement for me and my dependent.
Me and my wife applied in 2010 and I provided Degree Certificate and Medium of Language ( Taught in English) letter from University. My university is recognised by NARIC in Point based calculator and was awarded 10 points. Wife didn't submit any of the above certificate.
Applied in 2012 for extension. This time i used PBS as guidance to get 10 points which was recognised by NARIC and didn't submit the medium of language certificate.

Now during ILR, should i be using this as guidance and just submit the PBS printout again for me and my wife.
My wife studied with me in same university (we were classmates).
From SET(O) form ::
An academic qualification deemed by UK NARIC to meet the recognised standard of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or PhD in the United Kingdom and:
˗ UK NARIC has confirmed that the qualification was taught or researched in English

Do i need to apply to UK NARIC for Statement of Comparibility and Compare Qualification for both of us?
or
Else do we both need to sit for SELT or just she needs to enrol
or
we both use PBS printouts (Our university is recognised in PBS by NARIC)

Can you please guide me here?
