English Language still required?

I completed my MBA degree in UK, after that I got my PSW for two years, Now I want to get fresh admission and apply for Student Visa. So I still need to show IELTS or any other English Language Certificate to UKBA for Visa Process or I am exempt?

No you don't need IELTS or anything. You are exempted.
