English language test for Spouse visa

Hi Senior members,

I am filling in spouse visa first application. As per my information applicant requires to pass A1 test but when I apply online via TLScontact website is says 'did the test assess your speaking and listening skils at a level equivalent to CEFR B1 or higher? 'I answered NO and in the end of the application where it gives me
instruction what documents to provide with the application it doesnt include english language test.
Not sure if there is a problem in this application form ? if Yes how shall we go about this?
