I am just confused about the English test requirements. I have granted Spouse Visa in June 2012 and one of the requirements at that time was to proof my English which I had. TOEFL certificate was submitted. Now I will apply for ILR with Set (m) form in May so my questions:
1 do UKBA keep record of my TOEFL certificate as they took the original one and if not?
2 I have a copy of the TOEFL certificate will they accept it or I need to go for another English test?

Note my score in the TOEFL was above B1

I believe you'll find that your TOEFL certificate is no longer accepted. See this link for more info:

I saw that before but this is for new TOEFL certificates not the old ones, right? also I took the test in Germany not in UK.

Thanks Casa but that was since June 2012 so are UKBA still keeping my original certificate as now I just have a copy only.
