T-1 Ent 200k One applicant in UK another abroad

Dear Friends,
Can you please advise me if it is possible to apply for Entrepreneur visa when one applicant is in UK and another team member is abroad. Part of the funds already been invested by the applicant in UK and another 100k funds with the team member in another country.
Can any one please explain is it possible to apply for another team member from abroad. If you, how should be the approach for the both applications as some of the funds already invested by the one of the team member.
