I had Tier1 PSW entry clearance from Thailand valid from Nov2011-Nov2013.
I did entered and stayed from Nov 2011-Apr 2012. Then I went back to Thailand. Now if I want to re-enter as PSW to look for work, Will it be any problem? What document should I prepare? I got my sister in the UK who could guarantee my accommodation and fund. Will it help?? or Is it better if I got job offered?
