Enterpreneur visa extension appeals

Hi all

I am going to extend my entrepreneur visa in September 2016 , i just wanted to know if somebody can reply and clear this , if you can still appeal the refusal decision in extension applications or UKBA has ended the appeal system and have only kept administrative review as i was going through the policy guidance on their website and couldn't find any appeal section and only details about administrative review .
