Can you share your document list ?'The part times job you combine (employees)their star and end date are the same or different ? What about job title ? Did you give the same or different?

All jobs still exist so no end date. And to start date, the one pair of jobs which I combined had different start dates, and the second pair had the same start dates.

Some job titles were different, and some were the same. The 5 positions created were in two retail businesses. So, the First business had a manager, a sales assistant and the Second business had 3 sales assistants.

Thanks for your prompt reply.So you created 5 positions/job titles and you said there were 3 sales assistant.How did you differentiated those positions? I mean, did you gave them nos like SA-1,SA-2,SA-3 or any other way?Also, did you write a cover letter specifying the 5 jobs created?

no numbering was given. i just wrote sales assistant.

a cover letter waa prepared by my solicitor which mentioned about the jobs butnothing particular.
