Entrepreneur partner british

Hi Friends,
nice to see your comments and suggestions on the board.
I need some suggestions.
I am preparing things.
I have registered my business name, changed once, because I have my investor of who is also participating with me in this business. he is going to put 25 k in my account as the rest of money i have in my account.I will also make him director for some operation in my company,...he dont need visa as he have completed his period will get his British passport in end of year he came to UK on base of HSMP and had good career and current JOB.
how should I CAN WRITE A LETTER OF MONEY TRANSFER TO TELL TO uk ba>..PLEASE ADVISE ANY SUITABLE STATEMENT. is there any problem if I found him investor and also he is becoming director of my company, Is there any problem in my case.......

2ND i AM WORKING IN HEALTH CARE AS ADMIN....DO I Need to get some experience certificate ......my business is Marketing Consultancy , please advise me in this regards,.
