entrepreneur

Post by aababade » Sat May 10, 2014 12:03 am

I was born in March 1983 in London.

I was raised in my parents home country then I moved to England in 2010 for a Masters degree- student visa, moved to a post study work visa, I am applying for an entrepreneur visa with a lot of challenges.

I have had the 50K since last year in my account ( father provided it), the CO states she does not believe I will spend the money in UK. I have submitted two contracts executed, CO states she does not know if my business is viable based on the the fact it is only two the first contract paid out £7000.00 for 6 months , Second contract paid £4,125 for 6 months.

I have no right of appeal, solicitor has advised I go for a judicial review.

What options /routes are available to me since I was born in UK.

My parents are not UK citizens and were not at the time of my birth. so right of abode does not apply to me.

I have being informed that I need to stay for 5 years plus in order to apply for a certificate of entitlement. I have resided here from Jan 2010 till date 4 Years plus.
