Entrepreneur visa Extension-Partner switched to ILR

Dear Immigration board Gurus,

I am currently preparing to apply for extension of my entrepreneur visa. I have few question regarding the same. I did call the call center but they were not sure so referred me to email so that I can get the right guidance.

Please find the queries below

1. Initially I made an application as an entrepreneurial team. My business partner is continuously contributing towards the business but her visa status has changed to ILR. In page 40 of application form there is a question ' K1. Are you a member of an entrepreneurial team?'. I am not sure if I should say yes as I will be applying all by myself during extension.

2. My business partner who was a part of an entrepreneurial team is also a PAYE. Will her employment counts toward the job creation as well? We do have other jobs created but want to be sure when making the application.

3. Can my company's subcontractor invest money in my name as a part of the third part investment? How should that be done?


I would really appreciate if my queries can be resolved.

please Below

1: as long as she is still director of the company you will tick the box as you are member of entrepreneur Team, as her previous status was entrepreneur and she invested money equally in the business and also she is still director and acting partner.

2: Yes from the date she had her ILR , you can claim her hours as employment as well.
