entrepreneur visa extension quires

hi every one
1- at the entrepreneur visa extension can i apply 1 month before the end of my permit ends as example if my permit will ends at July 2021 can i apply at jun?
and if not what is the best time to apply?

2- do my spouse need to take the IELTS life skills in this extension or in the settlement visa only and what level

1. You can apply any time until the date of expiry
