Entry Clearance and Zambrano

Hi I apologise if this is a duplicate post.

We really need to know if zambrano applies to entry clearance can we apply for an eeau family permit on this basis.

I have phoned the UKBA to ask them but they have not got back to me to clarify all they will say is that my daughter in law might qualify if she was in the UK.

Our situation is My DIL is a US citizen looking after my Grand daughter who is a Dual American and British citizen, she has a british passport. They want to settle here with my Son the babies father who is British.

Can anyone advise love pads x
