Entry Clearance for the Second Wife

Post by lrali » Sun Mar 25, 2007 4:06 am

Hi.

I would be extremely grateful if you could shed some lights on my situation detailed below.

Background:
Male, age of 75+ and my normal place of resident is UK. I married to my first wife in 1960 (approx) and have three children. Two of them were born back home and one was born in the UK (1972). I got my British Citizenship around 1969 and have a British Passport. I also have a passport from back home which has got right of abode endorssed. My first wife came to UK in 1970 (approx). She got her passport with right of abode in 1997. She never applied for British Passport.

Now I went back home in 1975 for a year and got married to my second wife without the consent of my first wife. (she did find out later on!). I had two children for my second marrage.

I then came back to the UK and started to live here for another couple of years before deciding to go back home permanently with my first wife and children. I then started living back home and keeping both families separated from each other - although I was spending 98% of my time with my first wife. I had to tell my first wife that I divorced my second wife. In 1990, I came back to UK with my first wife and children. Started to live here but occassionally visiting back home almost every year. In 2004, both of us went back home for holiday and unfortunately my first wife passed away.

After four months, I came back to UK for five months then went back again. Now I started living back home for over a year now. However, children from my first marrage still living in the UK.

Now I started to live with my second wife even though the children from my first wife doesn't like this. I haven't told anything about my second marriage to the High Commission or the British Embassy back home.

Questions:
1. Would I be able to bring my second family in the UK through the entry clearance system?
2. What is the law says about second wife when first wife is not alive?
3. My son from second marriage is over 18 now, will he be able to come too?
4. I have a flat in the UK which is currently used by children of my first wife. Will there be any problems? As the flat is owned by Housing Associations?
5. Anything else do you think I ought to know please?

Please help?

Regards
