Is Entry Clearance required after Tier 1 General Approval

Post by singhs » Tue Apr 27, 2010 7:46 pm

Hi,

I came to the UK on a company sponsored work permit. While in the UK, I have changed my visa category to Tier 1 (valid till 2013) . I am now going to resign from my company and in order to do the formalities I will have to go back to my home country.

My question is that when I then travel back to the UK for employment under Tier 1, will I need to apply for some kind of Entry clearance at the British Embassy in my home country OR is the Tier 1 stamp sufficient
for me to travel back to the UK.

Thanks

singhs

You do not need any new visa or permission to enter UK after having Tier 1 G.
