Hi,i am asking for some help with my situatcion my husband is indian an i am lithuanian i met him in 2005 and we was living together.when i met him he was inlegall in UK .Later he got eeu pasport and when they catchi when he was trying to get ni number he been sentenced 4 months in prisom then he singh himself and been removed from UK.anyway i went in India and we got maried now i want to bring my husband in to the UK but i dont know where to start and is it gona be posible to call him over.please help me.many thanks.

I think you should seek legal advice. He might be refused under 320(11).
