ESOL

Post by mumtaz » Mon Sep 05, 2011 11:14 am

Hi...my wife recently reapplied for her settlement visa- we got married in the UK and it got rejected the first time as we only submitted a nikkah narma. We just got remarried again in pakistan and submitted the case again - my wife passed her ESOL course in Mar 11 and we submitted the visa last week with that certificate. apparently, the ESOL course chnaged in July 11 - does this mean our case will get rejected again as my wife's ESOL certificate is dated in Mar 11?

Can someone advise as my solicitor who completed our forms here said it was ok but at the Gerrys office in pakistan, we got told she needed to redo the ESOL course - we got told this after submitting in the application!
