I've been living here for the last 8 years, and am currently on 2 years PSW visa which is due to expire at the end of December 2010. I am going back to study in January 2011 thus I'll be applying for student visa soon. I'd like to know if I have an established presence or not considering that the last time I completed a single course of study was 2 years ago.
I'd greatly appreciate if anyone could help in this
