(Last question, I promise!) =)

I have an old-style student visa and am applying for a Tier 4 (adult student) visa. My previous course will have finished about 3 months before my current Tier 4 application - do I qualify for established presence even though I completed my previous course on a non-Tier 4 student visa?

14. An applicant will have an established presence studying in the UK if the applicant has current entry clearance, leave to enter or leave to remain as a Tier 4 migrant, Student or as a Postgraduate Doctor or Dentist and at the date of application:

(i) has finished a single course that was at least six months long within the applicant's last period of entry clearance, leave to enter or leave to remain...
