basically i have got query! after 6 months stamp from Ireland is it possible that i can apply for 5 years residency card from UK?

Not sure I understand the question. If your EU family member is not British and is working in the UK you can apply for a residence card there, but the Irish temporary stamp 4 won't make any difference to the UK application.

my solicitor says the it is hard to get EU residency card directly from UK, so if i get 6 months stamp from Ireland, on this base i can apply in UK. is that right ? if this the case than how long it would take ? and what kind of documents do i need to present in UK?

The only case where an Ireland card would help is if your EU family member is British, which would prevent you from getting the card from the UK. Getting one in Ireland first (the full one - not temporary 6 months) and then going back to the UK would enable you to then get a UK card as you have been exercising Treaty Rights in another country and returning to the UK with you British family member.

If your family member is not British, I don't see how it would make a difference.
