An advice?

Hello.
This is actually not about me, but for a friend. Since his English is not so good, I decided to ask for him.

So basically, he's Syrian and works in Turkey right now. The problem is that he is dealing with discrimination at his workplace and doesn't get a proper salary, even though he does most of the work there.

He wants to leave Turkey and move out somewhere else, but the thing is he doesn't have a Turkish citizenship and a passport, so he can't do much.

My question is - what can be done in this situation? What does he need to do in order to legally leave Turkey and fix his life?
