I am English living in Ireland, that causes me no problems, but I am trying to start a new business with a friend of mine who is South African, she is here on her husbands work authorisation but is not ab;e to work but someone mentioned to us that if she started a business with an EU person (me!) we would not have any problems, the problem is I can not find anything to confirm this the only thing i did find was for a non eu person starting a business on their own and having to invest at least 300,000 euro!!!!!
If anyone can shed any light on this for me I would be most gratful
