I have just been issued Indefinite Leave to Remain in UK through EU settlement Scheme. I am confused and wondered if I will need a visa to travel to Sweden and Finland?

Do you mean 'Settled' status?
What is your nationality?

You will likely need to apply for a Schengen visa.

Ta. Perhaps OP can in due course specify the country outside the EU they are a national of.

Likely yes.
Unlike the scenario where you have a EEA RC, and by Europe, you mean a EU country. With the EEA RC you will not need a visa; this is why there is still value for some people to obtain a EEA RC on top of the EUSS.
