French Civil partners and EU countries

Hello everybody,
We are an opposite sex couple in a French registered partnership (PACS), I'm french and and she's no EU. I would like to know if anyone has a list of EU countries where family members are considered as direct family members and not as a durable relationship (For opposite sex couples)? If anyone has this information or if you have this experience. It could help us.
