High Skilled work visa for Netherlands

Hi All,
I just need below information regarding High Skilled Work visa for Netherlands.
- With this Visa would I be restricted to work for only employer who sponsored my visa like tier2 General visa in UK?
- With this visa, will I be able to work only on contract or I can easily move to permanent role also with any employer?
- Is it advisable to get EU blue card visa if I know I had to stay in Netherlands for 18 month at least.
