You should try to find an employer who would be willing to sponsor a work permit for you. Here are a few Irish job-sites to start with.

If you find an employer who will sponsor a work permit, you will be able to bring your family here after being in the country for one year. You can try to speed up this process, but in most cases it takes a long time to argue with the bureaucracy.
