,can any one tell me ,where can i find the details such as ,who can apply for immigration, and their requirements.

Immigration Bill Passed

This law was approved on 9th July by the Upper house of parliament after
the lower house approved it on 1st July.

However, they'd to scrap the points system (which would have made the scheme attractive to lot of people, just like Canada & Australia).

Please note that the effective date is the January 1, 2005.
