PR/Citizenship in BELGIUM

Hi all!

I`d like to know the following - my fiancee and me are getting married next year. She`s a Britisher and I`m non-EU. We`d like to settle in Belgium. This should be possible as she is an EU citizen, right? What I`m interested to know is this -
(1) will she be able to gain the Belgium citizenship ever?
(2) how will the process work for me? So, what is required for me to get permanenent residency (we plan to buy an apartment there)? After what period will I get permanent residency and then citizenship?
