Relocation from the UK to Cyprus

Hello everyone,

After 6 years of working in London, UK/EU citizen is planning to move to Cyprus for permanent work.

Some questions:
1. Is it obligatory to contact my UK bank? Or can I simply leave my account open here?
2. Shall I do anything with:
2.1. Council Tax?
2.2. Vote Register?
2.3. HMRC?
3. What is going to happen with my UK pension?
4. Is it a good idea to consider to contribute to National Insurance while I am abroad?

Just to sum up, what shall I do while I am in the UK, so I can relocate to the new place without worrying that something stayed incomplete here?

There is a chance that it might be abroad, but hard to say for sure as I am pretty far away from that age at the moment.
