Schengen visa for EEA family member

Hello
I want to apply for schengen visa to spain as eae family member,
I have Residence card " family member eu residence "
My parent is Spanish and we have baby 1year old with British passport.
We don't have marriage certificate or any documents that's proofs that we are married.
How can I apply for the visa ?
