Travel to France with ILR without Schengen

I do need your help and advise.

I am Russian, my husband was born in UK and holds British passport.

I have just got ILR and physically didn't have time to apply for Schengen Visa.
My husband paid for ferry tickets and hotels in France and we are going there on two bikes for a week.

I was issued a Schengen visa last year for the same purposes, but this year I just didn't have time left.

My question is if it is possible to travel to France with my ILR, marriage certificate(with authorised translation) and Russian passport together with my British husband.
I would be very grateful to get some advise.

By ferry - we are travelling on bikes.
Might I face any troubles?
