Travelling to France on Netherlands RC

My aunt is in Pakistan right now, she have an RC issued by Netherlands and after that an RC issued by UK government via SS rule, she moved to UK two years ago,
Can she travel to France on Netherlands RC?

When moving to the UK, she should have un-registered and returned the residence card:
