Turkish visa for Pakistan passport holder

Hi

My wife has indefinate leave to remain in the UK and holds a pakistani passport

We are thinking about traveling to Istanbul and was wondering if we can apply for e visa for my wife?

What is the requirement for Pakistani passport holders entry into Turkey? Do we have to visit turkish consulate or embassy??

Official passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels to Turkey up to 90 days. Ordinary passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. Ordinary passport holders with a valid Schengen, OECD member's visa or residence permit may get their one month single entry e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr.

A friend of mine recently took his wife to Turkey and she had a Pakistani passport. They were able to get visa on arrival for 20 USD same price as a British passport holder. On the website they are charging 60 USD.

You only get the visa at the reduced rate and on arrival if you can show that she resides in the UK by showing biometric residence card.

What documnets do we need to present at airport ?
is e-visa need to be taken before trave l?
