Hi,
I have been living in Hungary as a family member of Hungarian national. Got BrP. Until 2016

Moved to uk in 2016 and never went back just one cisit to spain.

Now I have Uk Passport.

In case if I want to move to Eu what are the requirements to get Eu residency.

Can a uk citizen bring their non eu family members to Eu?

I assume you no longer have the relationship with EU national, correct me if I'm wrong.

As withdrawal agreement deadlines passed a while ago plus you were not a British citizen and living in the EU at the time, I would expect you have to go through the same steps as other third country nationals - ie obtain work/study/etc visa.

depends on the visa; you're a nonEU citizen yourself, there's no distinction unless you're under WA, which is not the case.

WA isn't applicable for you as you weren't in Hungary as a UK national before withdrawal period ended.

This is not specific for EU citizens - national of any country, who can find a job with a licensed sponsor on a certain list in the UK, earning this salary or above, can get this visa. Skilled worker visa was in place way before WA.
Same works in reverse - there are work visas in Hungary and you can get one if you find employment and fulfil the requirements, but in the eyes of Hungarian authorities with regards to getting a visa you'll be the same as, for example, a Pakistani citizen.

That's the idea behind Britain leaving the EU, yes - EU nationals cannot come to UK and work/study as they please just because they're EU nationals, they have to go through all the same hoops as most other countries' passport holders do, which includes applying for a visa/getting a sponsor/etc.

EU countries just mirrored it, so UK citizens receive no special treatment now. Other EU nationals (eg Poland) can just come and work in Hungary as it's part of the EU, but UK is not, so no shortcuts for them.

I haven't looked at Hungarian immigration laws, so unsure of what are the steps for you, but most likely yes, you'll have to find an employer that will sponsor you if you wish to go work permit route.

Depends if whichever EU has a visa for this. You need to do some of your own research based on where in the EU you wish to go.

Remember also, that most often, you can only sponsor your partner and children based on ypur visa you obtain. It very rarely extends to patents and siblings as your dependents etc.
