EUSS Digital Status/FLR FP

Hi Everyone,

I hope all is well.

Summary:

I applied from my EUSS application in June 2021; I was an overstayer and had a community sentence. But that got rejected due to eligibility as we married after December 30, 2020.

Refusal came around Feb 2022. I started my appeal but withdrew it in December 2022 as I knew Celik would cause issues! But my digital status didn't change; I still got work allowed. I know an email from the court was sent to HO, etc.

Is that normal? Has anyone encountered this before?
I'm going for my FLR FP pretty soon. Will work be allowed on that application or not?
My digital status is connected with HMRC, maybe? (As I pay a lot of tax, is that connected) I'm just floating the idea, just not sure.
