EUSS Family permit for parents - dependency assumed

Hello dear members and team

An EU member with a settled status wishes to bring her parents over,. Parents are non EU members.
They are applying EUSS family permit and although dependency is assumed, the application contains a question about their financial dependency. Would that effect their application? I thought dependency is assumed and no need to present any evidence at that stage until july 2021.
