Evidence of funds

Post by c4551m » Wed Jan 06, 2010 9:02 pm

EVIDENCE OF FUNDS
<LI>If your dependant applies from their country of residence, the money will have to have been in the account for a minimum period of 28 days (and that 28-day period must not have ended more than a month before they apply).

Now my question is as i m applying for my wifes' visa as I got extension under New Tier 4 policy (general student),does the funds should be in my account or Hers.
I have actually built my bank statement i.e

My remaining Fee + My maintenance fund + Spouse Maintenance Fund (400 Pounds* 9 Months)

or the funds should be in her account back home,

its confusing me

cheers
