Evidence to prove relationship with dependants

Post by goldenmean » Mon Oct 24, 2011 3:26 pm

Hello,
I am applying for Tier1 General Extension(within UK). As evidence of my relationship with my dependants I have below proof -
Wife's Application:
Our marriage registration certificate original, Marriage invitation card, Marriage photos.(This was the evidence provided at initial Tier1 General application)
Question 1] What more proof do I need here, if at all, to prove that our relationship subsits, and valid at time of extnesion application . My UK rental home lease agreement is fully in my name and does not mention about my wife?

Daughter's(minor) application:
Her birth certificate mentioning both parents name.
Question 2] Would I need any more evidence here, if yes what is it?

thanks,
-AD

Is your wife and your child already in the UK? If so, you do not need to provide evidence of "subsisting relationship". Marriage certificate and child(ren)'s birth certificate will suffice.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
