Evidence Question on Earnings & Biometrics

Hi,

I just have two questions on my upcoming visa application.

1. Should the earnings counted on points be gross or net? I think its gross but want to confirm

2. I am applying in person. In regards to my biometrics this will be part of the appointment and I do not need to book anything other than 1 face to face meeting - is this correct?

Really appreciate help on these!!
