eVisa for ILR BRP holder - expiring this year

Hi

Sorry to ask you if its been asked already. I am in the same situation Ilr brp card expiring in October 24.

Do I have to apply to cover 2 months till december asking regards to Benefit system and to continue work.

If there is no travel plan will say you do not have to. The card expires not your right of having ILR hence no influence on UC or work continuance if no question of verification arises.
