Can we make an application for UK evisa from outside UK ? At the moment I'm outside UK and only planning to come back on Jan 2025.
In the application for Evisa there is a question - Are you in the UK now?
Should we answer it as YES or NO as I was in UK and went out of UK for a holiday.
You can apply for an evisa from abroad, best is done via a BRP card..
You need to follow the instructions to the letter, it may seem archaic but it can be done.
Just have a look at the many videos on youtube created by people showing you how its done.

To create a UKVI account to access an eVisa from abroad, you can follow these steps:
Go to the gov.uk website and select Start now
Enter your personal details, including your name and date of birth
Download the UK Immigration: ID check app on your phone
Scan your BRP or upload a digital photo and scan of your BRP
Confirm your BRP or application number
Log in to your UKVI account to view your eVisa
