Exception consideration question-past earnings

Hello everyone!

I have a doubt about P60 if it doesn't cover the period claimed (claiming July 06-June 07). Do the caseworker actually look at it? I mean i don't understand my P60 at all and that is because I have many allowances included in my gross salary which is tax exempted.

Please advise.
