Expected time for Entry Clearence from UK

Guys,

I got HSMP Approval. Can any one tell about expected time for EC if we apply from UK. I am from India. I sent my passport for EC on 15th Feb 08. I came to know it reached HO today 18-Feb-0 by Tracking No.

I planning to go India very urgently and come back.

Can we send a mail or phone Home Office asking the status of my EC.

I am getting tensed. Can you please send me if you have phone/mail id of HO for EC.
