Expedite BRP Delivery for Medical Emergency travel

Hi All,

Please find below details of my visa application. I have medical emergency need to travel as soon as possible. I have shared all my medical documents to home office, but have not received any response yet.

Could anyone let me know how long will it take to get my BRP and what are the other ways to expedite the request?
