Expediting of Tier 1 application

Hi !

I have applied for my Tier 1 Visa application on April 5th 2011 and completed my biometrics on May 6th. I have been offered a job from another company on the basis that I receive a response to my Tier 1 by June 6th. However, I can see from the general trend of processing timelines that I may not receive a response by this time.

I am considering writing to UKBA for expediting my application process. Would anyone have any advice if this would work? If you have any ideas on what supporting documents I would need to submit, that would be useful as well.

What is / was your immigration status before you submitted the application?
