Experts Please suggest!!

Post by raj » Wed Jul 28, 2004 8:36 pm

Guys please suggest,

1) which date they are currently processing.

I have applied on 30th April, and my current accomodation contract as student will be finishing by 31st Aug. it means I have to vacate the current home and shift to new place

I am currently staying in Durham, and my next accomodation would be based on whether I will get HSMP approval.

2) How to deal with this situation, My masters is finished , I have not claimed for my master degree as I have just finished it and yet to receive the degree.

3) what is you guys gut feelings whether I will get to know the result before my current accomodation contract expires.

4) What is the process to inform them about the new address.

raj - you are asking very personal questions and on top of that you become desperate waiting for a reply. The majority of members are unlikely to feel they can answer these kinds of questions.

Gals and guys!

It's best to patiently wait for the decision by the HSMP team - for as long as it takes - and deal with your current personal circumstances as you see fit, to the best of your ability.

Posting numerous messages every day which do not carry any information, nor ask for a meaningful, constructive advice degrade the efficiency and value of the Board, in my opinion. I doubt they even relieve your anxiety while waiting for a decision from the HSMP team.

While frequently polling the Board for their application details may give you an idea of where your application is at, a more direct way would be to contact the HSMP team directly via e-mail, fax or phone (if you can get through) - if you feel enough time has passed since your submission.

I'd appreciate your understanding if I, or other moderators, delete any posts, including yours, which in our view are repetitive or without substance. Please don't see it as being personal in any way, or as a general policy - whenever possible, we'll judge in your favor (as it has been happening).

Thanks again for viewing our work constructively and in good faith.
