Expexcted CoS duration 2 or 2.6 years for an ILR for primary and depandents?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am primary applicant and my skilled worker visa extention is due as per the below details. However I am not certain, if I need a 2 years or 2.6 Years of CoS for me and my dependents to apply for an ILR. Visa applied here in UK.

Primary applicant (myself)
CoS Start Date - 3rd August 2022
CoS End Date - 2nd August 2025

BRP Issue Date - 22nd April 2022
Visa End Date - 16th August 2025


Dependent #1 (Wife):
BRP Issue Date: 18 July 2022
Visa End Date: 16th August 2025

Depandant #2 (UK Born Child - 3 Year old)
BRP Issue Date: 18 July 2022
Visa End Date: 16th August 2025


Depandant #3 (UK Born Child - 1 Year old)
No visa applied yet.
